He is a firm believer in building not just projects, but the systems that shape them by harnessing the fusion of technology and a deep understanding of the industry.
His leadership style is defined by quiet intensity, high standards, and deep integrity. Calm under pressure and relentlessly focused on outcomes, he thrives in complex, high-stakes environments where good judgment, operational rigor, and principled decision-making matter most.

He currently serves on the board of Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority and is a Director of the SAF Care Fund.
