Richard has led advancements across architecture, construction, and real estate, pioneering new methods in both digital and product innovation, including ConTech, PropTech, and DfMA. He is a firm believer in building not just projects, but the systems that shape them by harnessing the fusion of technology and a deep understanding of the industry.

His leadership style is defined by quiet intensity, high standards, and deep integrity. Calm under pressure and relentlessly focused on outcomes, he thrives in complex, high-stakes environments where good judgment, operational rigor, and principled decision-making matter most.

Whether in the boardroom or on the ground, Richard builds trust, loyalty, and high-performing teams. He champions fairness, diversity, and long-term value, creating cultures of accountability and purpose.

Previously a Group Executive at Lendlease and a project architect at award-winning WOHA, Richard’s career has spanned strategic, technical, and creative domains. He holds a Master’s in Architecture and Urban Design and is a chartered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects. He currently serves on the board of Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority and is a Director of the SAF Care Fund.
